Stitch Stomach Eating

Ingredients for 4 servings: 400 g
type of pasta shells, 50 g of dried mushrooms, 5 anchovy fillets, 2 cloves of garlic, 400 g of peeled tomatoes, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon oregano powder, 1 sprig of parsley, a dash of Worcester sauce, pepper pecorino cheese, salt and pepper.

Preparation:
Place the dried mushrooms in a bowl, cover with warm water and let them soak for about 30 minutes. Before Windows drain and rinse thoroughly under running water to deprive them of any trace of land. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices, put them in a large casserole dish that can also contain pasta, along with 5 tablespoons of oil, let it brown slightly, add the anchovy fillets and melt in the sauce by crushing with a fork.
Add the chopped mushrooms, let them season for a few minutes stirring, then add the finely chopped tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, seasoned with oregano and cook for about 20 minutes over a medium flame. Shortly before the end of cooking stir in a dash of worcester and pr ezzemolo washed and chopped. Toss the drained pasta into the sauce pan, add 2 handfuls of grated cheese and pans all together for a while, stirring continuously. Serve the pasta hot with extra cheese separately.
