..:: GNOCCHI WITH LEEKS AND GORGONZOLA:: ..
Ingredients for 4 people: 800 g.
potato gnocchi, 4 leeks, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, gorgonzola, sweet or spicy as desired in quantity, cream to taste, extra virgin olive oil to taste, salt and pepper to taste, some leaf fresh basil.

Blanch the leeks in boiling water. Chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry briefly with a little 'oil. Chop the leeks and saute them too along with the rest. When all browned, add the tomatoes и justly deprived of their skin and seeds and cut into little pieces, and cook a little. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water. Finish the sauce with a little 'cream and bits of Gorgonzola, by dissolving all at low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
