..:: STICKS CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD SAUCE:: ..

Ingredients for 4 people: For
sticks chicken: flour 40 g, 40 g blanched almonds, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 50 grams grated parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper to taste, 600 g chicken breast, chopped 2 tablespoons parsley, salt, eggs for breading 1.
For the mustard sauce: 20 gr honey, Dijon mustard 50 g, 30 g mild mustard, mayonnaise 100 gr.
Ingredients: peanut seed oil (or oil)

to taste Preparation:
Mix the mayonnaise in a bowl with the two kinds of mustard and honey, when you obtain a homogeneous mixture, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Clean the chicken breast from any fat or gristle inside, then cut into slices 1 cm thick and a half, which reduced to strips of square section. Chop the almonds coarsely. In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped almonds, grated cheese, parsley and pepper. In a separate bowl put the eggs in shell, and whip with a fork. In another bowl place the flour. Move the sticks of chicken in flour to coat them completely, and then pass them in beaten egg and then into the breadcrumbs so that they play well to the surface sticks to chicken. Put the sticks of breaded chicken on a plate without overlapping them and then fry in hot oil until it is golden brown, drain and dry the excess oil with paper towels, add salt, then serve them hot with the sauce in above.
