Ingredients for 6:
For the base: 500 g flour, 300 g of butter, 200 g sugar, 4 yolks, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 bag of vanilla, grated rind of 1 lemon. For the cream: 500 ml milk, 250 g of cream, six eggs, 120 g sugar, 100 g starch, 20 g of butter, grated rind of 1 lemon, a pinch of cinnamon powder, salt. For decoration: 2 bananas, 1 lemon.

Preparation: Prepare the dough
. Leave the butter at room temperature (not making it soften too much) and quickly knead the flour with sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Add the egg yolks and sesame seeds and mix well together quickly. Give the dough into a ball, wrap in a sheet of plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and tart foderatevi a mold lined with parchment, wet and well drained. Fill the bottom of dried vegetables and cook for 10 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 degrees. Remove from the oven and let cool. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan. Meanwhile, mix the egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, starch, the bureau, the zest of lemon and a pinch of salt. Dilute the mixture with warm milk and cream, stirring gently. Melt the cream in a double boiler, stirring constantly and remove from heat before it reaches the boiling point (will have to conceal the back of a spoon). Let cool. Peel the bananas and cut into rounds, brush with lemon juice. Distributed paste the washers on keeping some for decoration. Cover the bananas with cream and decorate with the remaining banana washers. Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
